The Company is responsible for the processing of Personal Data.

Legitimation for treatment:

The Company's legitimacy for the processing of Personal Data includes the processing of data that is necessary for (i) the legitimate interests of the Company, including those described above such as, for the performance of internal analyses and studies to improve the quality of the services offered, establishment, exercise or defence of legal actions; (ii) compliance with the Company's legal obligations; (iii) for the fulfillment of the contract between the Company and the Users in those cases in which the User requests information and/or services and/or participation in events managed by the Company through the website; (iv) derived from the consent granted by the User, which may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Company at the address below in the section "Contact Information" without affecting the legality of the treatment based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

If it is necessary for the User to provide Personal Data for any of the treatments collected above, and such data are not provided may not use or participate / access the activity / information concerned.
