The TLIN-3, designed and manufactured by Revenga Türkiye, is a weatherproof telephone for railway lines. It comprises 1 main telephone line, to communicate with the Signalling and Electrification Telephone System, and a telephone plug which can connect a portable test phone with the Maintenance Centre. Both lines operating as remote subscribers to the telephone switchboard of the Dispatcher Command Centre.
