GR Technologies (GRT), a company of Grupo Revenga, already with an exploratory presence in the Nordic countries for the past year, has decided to strengthen its investment in the Region by opening a branch in Stockholm with the named of GR Technologies Sweden AB. The office will be headed by Country Manager Rickard Romander, a seasoned manager and entrepreneur with ample experience in the telecommunications and IT industries, and will be located a Birger Jarlsgatan 2- 114 34 Stockholm.
The management of GRT is confident that its proven technologies and 40 years of experience deploying IT and telecommunication solutions in some of the world most complex railway infrastructure projects will bring value to future regional tenders. The planned multiyear infrastructure investment plan, that includes strong investments in railway networks, the fact that the Nordic market is one of the world´s most dynamic and technology oriented and its authorities focus on safety have also been positively valued by GRT to open this regional office.
In the most recent development, Railrox, GR Technologies state-of-the-art rail-road level crossing protection system, has been pre-approved in a first inspection by the Swedish railway operator.
